Ordering
- Orders placed before 14:00 CET are typically processed the same business day.
- Once placed, changes/cancellations are not guaranteed.
Shipping & Delivery
- Processing time: 1–3 business days.
- Tracking link provided after dispatch.
- We cannot revise the address after handover to the carrier.
Returns — EU Customers
EU residents may withdraw within 14 calendar days from delivery.
- Email within 14 days to request return: info@morellea.com
- Items must be unused, with all original tags and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refund issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection.
- Non-returnable unless faulty: lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, earrings, hygiene-sealed items once opened.
Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Returns — Outside EU
Outside the EU, returns are not available unless the item arrives faulty.
Notify within 48 hours of delivery with:
- photos of the product
- the defect or issue
- packaging and shipping label
If confirmed faulty, a replacement or refund is offered depending on availability.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If eligible for return, please return first and place a new order.
