Ordering

  • Orders placed before 14:00 CET are typically processed the same business day.
  • Once placed, changes/cancellations are not guaranteed.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days.
  • Tracking link provided after dispatch.
  • We cannot revise the address after handover to the carrier.

Returns — EU Customers

EU residents may withdraw within 14 calendar days from delivery.

  • Email within 14 days to request return: info@morellea.com
  • Items must be unused, with all original tags and packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refund issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection.
  • Non-returnable unless faulty: lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, earrings, hygiene-sealed items once opened.

Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Returns — Outside EU

Outside the EU, returns are not available unless the item arrives faulty.

Notify within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • photos of the product
  • the defect or issue
  • packaging and shipping label

If confirmed faulty, a replacement or refund is offered depending on availability.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If eligible for return, please return first and place a new order.
